CONFERENCE LOCATION
The conference will be held at the Mensvic Grand Hotel, Greater Accra’s newest and finest hotel nestled in the swanky suburb of East Legon. It is ideally located: a few miles from the University of Ghana, a few miles from the airport, and approximately 12 miles from Central Accra. This hotel has a perfect combination of comfort, elegance, leisure, and business facilities, and provides an exceptional hotel experience.
REGISTRATION FEE
$550 per attendee if paid on or before November 19, 2010
$600 per attendee if paid after November 19, 2010 and on-site

FREE AIRPORT PICK-UP SERVICE ON ARRIVAL
For those conference attendees who would like to be picked up at the airport on arrival, please send us info@ayacentre.com your flight itinerary and we will arrange for your transportation from Kotoko International Airport to the Mensvic Grand Hotel. After finishing with immigration and customs inside the airport, simply walk outside and look for one our staff members who will be holding an Aya Centre sign. He or she will check your name from our master list, and then take you to the hotel. (Departure service will be provided for all conference attendees as part of the registration package as noted above).

$300 per person (to be paid in cash on-site)

- Guided bus tour of Accra, University of Ghana, and the Aya Centre
- All Meals (Saturday); Breakfast and Lunch (Sunday)
- Bus transportation to Cape Coast and back to Accra
- Entrance into and guided tour of Cape Coast Castle
- Single room hotel lodging at Coconut Grove Beach Resort Hotel
- Airport departure (Sunday Evening)
